Delivery Information
Shipping Policy: All shipments will be made via UPS ground or UPS 3 day select dependant upon the customers preference. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically ship within 24-48 hours after being processed Monday through Friday. Occasionally, due to manufacture's backorder status, shipping within 24-48 hours is not possible. While this is rare it is unfortunately out of our control. If we are unable to ship any item in your order with 24-48 business hours you will be notified by email. Fulfilling existing orders takes precedence over e-mails and phone calls. Any order cancellations left on voicemail or e-mail are not valid until you get a response. The return policy is valid on all orders once the product is shipped.
Occasionally products are damaged during shipping. If your shipment is damaged in anyway please Contact Us as quickly as possible. Keep the original shipping box and packaging material as well as the manufactures packaging. If the damage is visible prior to opening the manufactures packaging please do NOT open it. Again, retain all original shipping and packaging and notify us as quickly as possible. We can assure you we'll resolve this in a timely manner. Return Policy: We do not accept returns for products that have been used or removed from the manufactures packaging. Requests for returns must occur within 30 days from the order. Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer and are not reimbursed. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns. Refunds for authorized returns will be processed once the merchandise is received. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. No returns without an RMA# will be accepted. Exchange Policy: Exchanges also require a RMA # and as with returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Read the "Return Policy" for information on requesting an RMA #. Requests for exchanges must occur within two weeks from the order. Exchanges will also be charged a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges will be processed once merchandise is received. No C.O.D. exchanges will be accepted. No exchanges without an RMA# will be accepted. |
