This new heavy duty shackle design eliminates the need for problematic bolt sleeves by using large 3/4" alloy steel shoulder bolts. These bolts use a round hex-hey bolt head which are less prone to trail damage compared to standard hex head bolts. The shackles themselves are a single spiece design which is laser cut and CNC bent from 1/4" steel and integrates a cool Rugged Rocks logo,  powder coated gunmetal grey.
